Growing up on a large commercial farm, developed a deep understanding of equipment, tools, and business management from an early age while working alongside his father. That foundation sparked a lifelong passion for construction, particularly the creativity and craftsmanship involved in shaping functional, enduring spaces across commercial, agricultural, and residential sectors.

After graduating from the Carpentry Program at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2005, Sam launched his own construction company, completing a wide range of projects from agricultural builds to commercial tenant improvements and custom homes of all sizes.

With more than twenty years of hands-on experience, Sam brings both technical expertise and practical insight to every project at The Rexford Company. His ability to merge engineering principles with thoughtful design ensures that each build not only performs beautifully but also reflects the purpose and personality of those who will use it. Sam’s leadership continues to shape Rexford’s reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation within the construction industry.
